Responsibilities
As a Client Success Manager, you will:
- Serve as the primary advisor for our valued clients, fostering long-term relationships and guiding them to success with Koan Health solutions.
- Master the functionality of Koan Health offerings and become an expert in our product terrain.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, from technical to executive levels, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor client activity and progress against plan, providing timely reports and insights.
- Communicate market trends and customer needs back to Koan Health management and other internal departments to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing healthcare clients, with a focus on health system CXOs.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and other analytics tools such as R and Tableau.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
- Critical thinking abilities to analyze complex situations and develop innovative solutions.
