Job Description
The Product Manager must have experience managing healthcare technology products used by providers in the healthcare space. The ideal candidate will be adept in their understanding of the value-based care market and ability to effectively work across all levels of an organization, both internally and with clients. In addition, this candidate must be a self-starter with strong communication and analytic skills. Responsibilities
The Product Manager will be responsible for managing and growing Koan’s current product, Datalyst, as well as future products developed by Koan.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Ownership and alignment of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on client needs and market trends.
- Management of the complete product lifecycle from inception through development, testing, and implementation.
- Define, track, and communicate relevant product KPIs to measure performance and delivery of business value
- Form a deep understanding of the value-based healthcare technology market and competitive landscape•
- Partner closely with engineering, business development, operations, and other aspects of our organization
- Manage product budget and capacity planning against larger organizational goals
- Occasional travel may be required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent required.
- 5+ years of product management experience in the healthcare technology space
- Deep understanding of the agile development process and product/project management tools
- Strong analytical skillset
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
