The Account Manager must have experience managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will be adept in their understanding of the value-based care market and ability to effectively work across all levels of an organization, both internally and with clients. In addition, this candidate must be a self-starter with strong communication and analytic skills. Account Managers serve as the primary Koan advisor for our client base and are responsible for supporting clients through the implementation of and ongoing use of Koan Health software solutions. Account Managers create long-term relationships with our clients to help them achieve success using Koan solutions. Account Managers also play a key role in communicating market trends and customer needs back to Koan management and other internal departments such as product management.
