Job Description

The Account Manager must have experience managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will be adept in their understanding of the value-based care market and ability to effectively work across all levels of an organization, both internally and with clients. In addition, this candidate must be a self-starter with strong communication and analytic skills. Responsibilities

Account Managers serve as the primary Koan advisor for our client base and are responsible for supporting clients through the implementation of and ongoing use of Koan Health software solutions. Account Managers create long-term relationships with our clients to help them achieve success using Koan solutions. Account Managers also play a key role in communicating market trends and customer needs back to Koan management and other internal departments such as product management.

Specific job responsibilities include:

  • Serve as primary client contact and develop close relationships with assigned client accounts
  • Master the functionality of Koan offerings and develop expertise in product terrain
  • Work directly with client and internal staff (from technical to executive level) to execute against project timelines.
  • Frequently monitor and reports client activity against plan.
  • Work with other internal teams including marketing, development, and product management to improve client satisfaction across multiple dimensions

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, or equivalent.
  • Basic analytic capabilities including proficiency in Excel and other analytics tools such as R and Tableau.
  • Minimum of 2 years managing healthcare clients with health system CXOs.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail
