The Opportunity
This is a high-impact role with full responsibility for the success of your client portfolio. As a Client Success Manager at Koan Health, you will own the entire client relationship —from onboarding and configuration through long-term growth and strategic outcomes.
You will be the trusted advisor to value-based care organizations, helping them translate their goals into actionable strategies supported by Koan’s platform and services. You will drive adoption, solve problems, and build long-term partnerships based on measurable results.

What You’ll Do
Client Strategy and Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary advisor for our valued clients, fostering long-term relationships and guiding them to success with Koan Health solutions
- Proactively identify risks and growth opportunities, and coordinate internal resources to address them
- Share client feedback and market trends to inform product development and company strategy
Solution Design and Enablement
- Translate client business objectives into actionable outcomes using Koan Health’s capabilities
- Act as the go-to expert on Koan Health's platform and services for your clients, providing guidance, answering questions, and leading client-facing training sessions as needed
Project Management and Execution
- Manage the client project log from implementation through ongoing optimization
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure timely execution
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles within healthcare, with a focus on health system CXOs
- A bachelor's degree in business, data science, healthcare administration, or related fields
- Strong understanding of value-based care, healthcare operations, and/or population health
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated approach
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with other analytics tools such as SQL, R, and Tableau
Preferred
- Background in healthcare consulting, performance improvement, or client success
- Familiarity with healthcare data workflows such as claims data or EHR integrations
